About the Ensemble
Gakki Danshi is a six-member ensemble that grew from the Low Brass Break Cafe concert series. Its combination of soprano and alto saxophones, horn, euphonium, tuba, and drums brings a distinctive sound to classical, jazz, film, and popular repertoire. In 2026, the group presents Gakki Danshi × Gakki Joshi.
