Purpose

The information is used only to review and respond to your enquiry and to communicate about your request.

Google Forms

Enquiries are collected using Google Forms and stored in Google’s service for review through the website owner’s Google account. New-response notifications are received in the owner’s Gmail. Responses and response summaries are not published. Automatic confirmation emails are not sent to respondents.

Service providers

Google provides the form and storage service. Google’s handling of data is also governed by its privacy policy. Apart from this service processing or legal requirements, your information is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Earlier enquiries

Enquiries received before the migration remain in the website’s database (ChatGPT Sites / Cloudflare), accessible through the owner-only inbox. New enquiries are received through Google Forms.

Management and deletion

Information is managed appropriately and deleted when it is no longer required for responding to the enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion, please use the enquiry form.
