Together at Star Sax Concert 2. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

On 18 October 2026, I joined my teacher Nobuya Sugawa as a guest at Star Sax Concert 2, my fourth collaboration with Sound Berserker. It was a joyful day of learning from his musicianship and sharing the ensemble’s love of music. From my solos in The Last Country and Pantomime to joining Music of the Spheres on tenor saxophone and the massed encore of Takarajima, the concert reminded me how much fun wind band music can be. These 16 photographs capture memories of the day, with thanks to our fellow musicians and audience.
